I would like to talk about my fitness and eating habits. I don't have a good shape. I often walk and play
badminton to stay in shape. I walk in the park and play badminton at the practice field. I usually do
those things every day. I often do those things until I'm tired. I do it with my younger brother. Doing this
is very good for my body and shape. Then I feel tired. I only exercise to stay in shape and don't care
about eating. I usually avoid drinking coffee and eating sweets. I sleep eight hours a day, and I go to bed
at 11 pm. Unhealthy eating habits are habits that affect you and your body.
